These nerfs sound good to us. We'd also like to request that should he be able to take memories, he will find that he is unable to get any plot-relevant memories from game NPC's such as SIN guards, LIES staff, gang members, or the Creator. Any attempts to take memories from them will result in vague or scrambled thoughts. He is welcome to take memories from other player characters as long as you have OOC consent from the other player.
