Hi mods! Law enforcement question for you.

When a LIER kills a native (if the body is discovered) are any kinds of public records kept about the incident? Basically, are there possible ways LIERs could confirm native deaths at the hands of other LIERs, even if the identity of the killer can't be tied to the murder? (Unless it could be? The hypothetical incident I'm talking about would happen in the Down. Not sure about the level of video surveillance there vs. the Up.)
