Hello Mods, quick question! Drugs are legal in Duplicity— Does this mean drugs that would, in the real world, be illegal or require a prescription can be bought at drug stores, pharmacies, smoke shops, etc.? Are certain drugs found only on the streets?

And an adjacent question: Submissive can't make purchases for themselves. Is this true of even of black market purchases? I assume, either way, that black market purchases come with some risk.
