This is a multiple-part question because it will influence the size of a player plot I am dreaming up.
A few months back now there was a plot regarding a lighthouse and player characters being tasked to carry fuel to the top and relight it. I was wondering if since this plot is over the lighthouse is still accessible by the beach or elsewhere.
If so, I would like to know if there would be a way for a player character to enter it and take a sample of the fuel/whether or not that sort of thing would be monitored or illegal and bave consequences. I can submit a more formal request to have that happen to determine the character's success, but *should* they succeed, that sample would be analyzed by another character to determine if it had any special properties. I mention that only for context and do not expect you to answer without the first request being submitted and learning the result... but share as much as you wish lol.
