Hello again! Another niche question - even though there aren't STIs in Duplicity, is there some sort of NPC-run medical facility that deals, specifically, with sexual health/urology? Like, say, if a character were worried that there was a medical reason for inability to perform without aphro—are there NPC healthcare providers as part of the LIES program that they'd be able to see? If so what would their general attitude toward/treatment of patients be like - is it more like the medical personnel at arrival or is it more like the general NPCs?
