Hi! The mention of flying restrictions on the FAQ is in reference to characters who can fly using either powers, their own wings, or with some other flying apparatus (e.g. an Iron Man suit or a jetpack). Duplicity does not have an airport, nor any aircraft.

Characters might be able to find a flight simulator in an arcade, but it would be more of a game than a real training simulator. A character with programming skills would be welcome to develop their own!
