hello! given marc spector is a FOOL who wouldn't recognise a good idea if it punched him in the face, say a character was disinterested in regular employment (it's hard, okay) and DISLIKES gangs, to what extent would they be able to get away with stealing from gangs as a means of supplementing income/for how long until they were punished and what would the punishment/citation be?
