Hi! She would get all the information that hearing characters get at Orientation. There are slides during the speaking portion and pamphlets that get handed out with all the essentials.

Due to the way universal translation in Duplicity's setting works, SIN guards (and anyone else) would be able to understand her signing. They won't be able to sign back because they don't automatically learn sign language for themselves, but they'll know what she means. Hopefully that makes sense!
