So I play John from Malevolent who exists inside of another character, Arthur, but who is a completely separate person (like 60% of the canon is the two of them arguing) from a completely separate source (aka he's not like a multiple personality, and this is very much proven true in canon as where he originally came from wants him back!) so I was wondering: if I apped him, would he be given a body of his own? Would he suddenly be alone in Arthur's body? How would you want that to work?

We know they can be separated, as it happens in canon, though in that case, John left Arthur's body (not vice versa). And if he was given a body, would it be human or more in line with what he actually is (spoilers: not human) accordingly? We've never actually been given a description of what he actually looks like but given he's based on existing media, there's enough art to come up with something.
