Hi! There is a stable on the outskirts of the city that's run by native NPCs and boards horses belonging to the city (for carriage rides), as well as those owned by private citizens. It would be possible to buy a horse through them. Player characters would most likely need to continue boarding their horse there after purchasing one, since houses in Duplicity generally don't have a lot of land.

The stable has a small riding yard attached and characters can also take their horse out any time to ride it in the woods, along the beach, the park, or wherever else they can find space and won't disrupt traffic.

There are not any tracks for horse racing.
