Hello!

If it's wearable (like a back brace, hearing aid, or glasses) and functions solely as an assistive device, it wouldn't count against their three items. Something more external/non-wearable (like a cane) or a more high-tech device that also serves other functions would need to be listed as one of the three items. Additionally, LIEs can provide replacements if necessary.
