Evasive University is only in Insincerity and its student body is only open to Insincerity natives. As a LIER (Dom or Sub), any character would be able to sit in on a class to listen, but would not be able to study properly or earn a degree. If this is something you'd like for him to do, he must still follow the rules and time limits for being in Insincerity and remember that earning a degree is not possible.
If he would like to work at the hospital, he is able to do that as both a Dominant and a Submissive, though the job opportunities are far better as a Dominant.
