Mind if I piggyback off of this for some kinky questions?

I was thinking that in Dup, it might be likely that there are places made for people who get their periods where they can get eaten out/fucked by helpful staff because, well, orgasms are known to reduce cramps. If it's ok for this sort of place to exist, could a character, say, get a citation and be forced to work a few shifts there? If so, could Roman get a citation for that?
