sorry i'm not seeing this anywhere but how exactly are powered items nerfed? i apologize if i just glossed it over somewhere. doppo's hypnosis mic and the speakers would normally allow him to physically hurt people with his words/raps, so they'd just become very dizzy or weak or feel like they got punched, etc.
