Hello! Kilgrave passively infects people near him with a virus that makes them obey his spoken words. The duration is between 12 and 24 hours based on canon point.

Does this ability need to be nerfed upon him entering the game? (obviously if it was approved I would be using appropriate permissions and content warnings when dealing with other players).

If some form of the ability is allowed will it affect NPCs normally? Are the authorities of Duplicity aware of the power and have some method by which to punish him using it to conduct illegal activities?
